Mr. Fox got his start in senior living by working in a community while studying for his MBA. He soon realized that he had a passion for senior living and decided to make it his focus.
At the community level, Mr. Fox has managed a variety of different sized communities. At the regional and corporate levels, he has demonstrated a talent for expanding management companies and increasing their portfolios. During his career, he has been responsible for opening or repositioning more than 20 communities, and this is exactly what he is doing while serving seniors at Orchard Ridge Residences.
Matt prefers the hands-on approach to leadership. He is instrumental in setting the vision for the company and creating an atmosphere of high-touch, boutique-style management.

What is the difference between personal care and memory care?
At Orchard Ridge Residences, we are a personal care community, and we have a dedicated memory care program as well. But what is the difference?
Personal care allows you as much independence as you can manage with the security of 24-hour support for activities of daily living such as dressing, bathing, and medication management. Live in your spacious, modern apartment while we handle things like housekeeping, cooking, and laundry. This leaves you free to enjoy all the amenities of our personal care community, socialize, and take advantage of the scheduled activities.
The memory care program provides around-the-clock care in a secure environment for residents diagnosed with Alzheimer’s or dementia. There is a nurse on-call at all times, heading up a team of trained memory care professionals. We take a holistic approach to care from health and medication management to specially curated activities that support physical fitness and wellness as well as brain health.
